This page explains what data Robloxia Central Station stores about you and how it's used.

What we store

Account info: your username, a bcrypt hash of your password (never the password itself), your account rank, and when your account was created.
Linked OAuth accounts: if you link Discord or Roblox login, we store the provider's account ID and username so we can recognize you on future logins.
API keys: a name you give the key, a short prefix (for display), and a one-way hash of the key. The full key is only ever shown to you once, at creation.
Panels ("systems"): panel name, an auto-generated account number, your user ID as owner, and an optional Discord webhook URL/message if you choose to configure alarm notifications.
Panel shares: which users a panel has been shared with (view-only access).
Alarm events: a timestamp, the decoded Contact ID event data reported by a panel, and (when available) the Roblox Place ID and Job ID of the game server that reported it.

What we don't store

We never store your plaintext password or plaintext API keys - only irreversible hashes. We don't collect payment info, precise location, or anything beyond what's listed above.

How data is used

Your data is used solely to operate the Service: authenticating you, showing you your own (and shared) panels and alarm events, and sending optional Discord notifications you configure yourself.

We don't sell your data

None of your data is ever sold, rented, or given to any other person, company, or third party, for any reason. The only outbound data transfer is the Discord webhook notification you explicitly configure yourself, which is sent directly to the Discord webhook URL you provide.

Data deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page, which permanently removes your user record along with your panels, alarm events, panel shares, and API keys.
